HammerBeam™
Bridge & Culvert Barrier
Hammerbeam™ combines the strength of thrie-beam guardrail with the yielding behaviour of the RamShield® W-Beam post for longitudinal barrier installations along the edge of elevated structures such as culverts or bridges. The RamShield® post is designed to collapse upon impact distinguishing it from heavier, rigid post systems which become problematic when attached to concrete structures. The yielding performance of the RamShield® post reduces forces transferred to the elevated structure preventing damage and facilitating ease of repair.

Concrete Crash Barrier
The Deltabloc DB80 is an F-shape steel reinforced MASH approved concrete barrier. With the patented Deltabloc coupling system, the DB80 allows a slight tilting of the impact energy in case of a heavy impact. Elastomer bearings between the single barriers ensure controlled damping of peak loads. This guarantees reliable breakthrough prevention for heavy vehicles and soft impact behaviour for small cars. Approved for road use up to 100km/hr in NSW and VIC and 80km/hr in QLD and WA, the Deltabloc DB80 concrete jersey barrier can reduce the risk of a head-on collision as a result of an out of control vehicle crossing over the median strip into oncoming traffic.

High Containment
MASH TL4 Thrie-Beam Road Safety Barrier. RamShield® High Containment is the latest innovation and advancement in thrie-beam guardrail barrier designs. Developed by Safe Direction, RamShield® High Containment has been full-scale crash tested to MASH Test Level (TL) 4. Thrie-beam guardrail is a stronger version of the w-beam guardrail systems. The additional corrugation in the rail combined with the higher mounting height, stiffens the barrier and improves its ability to contain larger vehicles.

The 40kN crash test compliance of RHINO-STOP® Elite as described in AS/NZS 1170.1, Clause 3.8, best represents the Australian vehicle fleet and the growing ownership of high-centre-of-gravity SUV vehicles.
Versikerb
Traffic Separator
The unique Versikerb traffic separation system is ideal for separating lanes with a series of highly visible chevron delineation panels. It can be installed as a collapsible delineator bollard system ahead of concrete barrier end treatments or crash cushions. The Versikerb system consists of a dense plastic centre module, and a choice of single or double-sided chevron panels that click into the horizontal lane divider. When impacted, its rugged rubber construction returns to shape without ripping or cracking.
