We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality Australian-designed and built air hydraulic jacks, available in stock and distributed from nine branches across Australia. DURAPAC SDL air hydraulic jacks, with lifting capacities ranging from 77 to 200 US tons and a stroke range of 400 – 685 mm, are ideal for servicing “ultra” class (above 290 tonnes) mining dump trucks, such as but not limited to the 797 Series Caterpillar and the 930E Series Komatsu. We also offer after-sales service and spare parts.

Specialised Force is proud to be the exclusive distributor of DURAPAC and the authorised distributor of world-renowned brands like RIKEN and POWERSTRESS in Australia. We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality hydraulic cylinders, ranging from high pressure 10,000 psi (700 bar) to ultra-high pressure 30,000 psi (2000 bar). Our high-pressure hydraulic cylinders are essential for various mining applications, such as lifting or jacking, pushing, pulling, or pressing. Capacities range from 5 tons to 1,600 US tons. For lifting and jacking purposes, cylinders are available with locking collars. For pulling applications, we offer hollow cylinders with internal female threads or pull cylinders with clevis ends, which are removable for a range of other accessories we offer. Cylinders are available in double-acting (hydraulically driven return) or single-acting (spring return) configurations.

Hydraulic Pumps
Our hydraulic pumps are powered by a variety of sources, such as manually operated hand pumps, air hydraulic or pneumatic pumps, combustion engine diesel- and petrol-powered pumps, battery-operated power pumps, and our most popular electric-powered pumps. Most electric pumps operate on single-phase 230VAC/50Hz, with larger units available in three-phase (415VAC). They are available in single-acting, double-acting, and split-flow configurations capable of split combinations up to 8-way. Manual control or solenoid control valves are standard or optional on some units. Electric units typically feature a stepped-down pendant control (DC voltage) for safety.

Hydraulic Nut Splitters
DURAPAC DNS-Series Nut Splitters are proven performers in mining applications for handling difficult-to-remove nuts ranging from 10-75 mm A/F or bolts ranging from M6-M48. The DNS-Series Nut Splitters consist of seven models and use a single-acting hydraulic-advance/spring-return cylinder, offering between 5-90 tons of force. They feature a compact design capable of splitting nuts up to hardness HRc 44 and are also suitable for use on Grade 2H high-temperature nuts, as used in the petrochemical industry. The unique angled-head design provides clearance to the body when operating on a flat surface. Each tool is supplied in a heavy-duty moulded plastic storage case, except the DNS-6075, which comes with a wooden case.

DJS Series Jack Stand
For mining applications where servicing of dozers or dump trucks is required, the DJS-Series Jack Stand is specifically designed to complement DURAPAC’s Safe D Lock® jacks. A pneumatic assist raises the central piston against the vehicle while the lock nut is wound down by the operator. The DJS-Series Jack Stands are rated and certified to 100 tonnes and comply with the AS/NZS 2538:2004 standard for vehicle support stands. The DJS series features fork tine pockets and shackle lifting points for ease of handling. It also accepts standard SDL extensions, load, and swivel load caps. They can be permanently joined via continuous tine pockets to produce dedicated stands for particular vehicles or applications.

Hydraulic Torque Wrenches
DURAPAC TW & LPC Series Hydraulic Torque Wrenches work best with dedicated DURAPAC DAT-1114 or DURAPAC DET-1114, offering the choice between air hydraulic and electric power. However, they will work with any hydraulic pump that meets the TW & LPC Series Hydraulic Torque Wrench minimum requirements. The DURAPAC TW Series square drive hydraulic torque wrenches are compact, easy to use, and versatile. The titanium-aluminum alloy and super high-strength steel alloy construction ensures increased strength and durability while minimizing weight. TW-Series torque wrenches are available in 3/4″ to 2 1/2″ square drive models, with a torque range from 112 to 72,000 Nm. All models are fitted with a 360° x 180° swivel coupler and unique locking screw couplings.

We offer manual, electric, battery-operated, and pneumatic torque wrenches and torque multipliers. When you require the precise application of a specific torque to secure nuts, bolts, or other fasteners, you’ll need a purpose-designed torque wrench to accurately and effectively perform the task. In industrial and mechanical applications especially, torque wrenches ensure the correct tightness of bolts and screws by measuring the bolt tension using torque as a proxy.
